We process all orders within 1–3 business days after purchase. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

We accept returns for unworn, unused items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on products that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
